When will my order ship?
Have you placed an order before 3:00 PM. Then your order will be shipped the same day. This applies from Monday to Friday.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 2.95. Orders above €50,- shipping is free. Shipping to Belgium costs €9, shipping is free when you spend €70 or more. Shipments to France cost €9, free shipping is valid from €100.

How many days do I have to return my order?
You can return your orders within 14 days of receipt. The products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Look out! It is not possible to return mouth caps or jewelry that have been removed from the packaging.
After how many days will I have my money back in the account?
As soon as we receive the order, we will immediately get to work and ensure that your money is back in your account within 1 – 3 days. In the unlikely event that this does not work, we will contact you in time.
